Energy Balls with dates & almonds 1 cup almonds 1/2 cup shredded no sugar coconut 1 cup of pitted dates 1 tbsp coconut oil 1/2 tsp sea salt 1/2 tsp vanilla 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp nutmeg Optional: Cranberries, Walnuts & Sunflower Seeds In a food processor blend together the almonds and shredded coconut.
